Welcome to the site. I’m so glad you stopped by! I am a busy mom of three kids ages 11, 8, and 4. Did I say busy? Yes, very busy. I have struggled with my weight and body image issues most of my life. I have even started weight loss endeavors in the past with very little success. Usually it comes down to finding that balance in taking care of myself, my relationships with my children and husband, and balancing work responsibilities. I have much more motivation this time around than I have in the past. I am also hoping that blogging about my journey several times a week will help keep me motivated to keep going on the journey.
I will be blogging in many of the activities that I take part in during the duration of the week to share how I am losing weight and doing my best to make better nutritional decisions. I hope that this provides some kind of encouragement for you as you embark on your weight loss journey.
